We use your data to respond to enquiries, process staff registrations, deliver training, fulfil contractual obligations, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Retention

Staff records are retained for a minimum of 6 years in compliance with care sector regulatory requirements. Enquiry data is deleted after 2 years if no ongoing engagement occurs. Cookie data is retained per the cookie lifespan set by each provider.

Services

TheSolidGroup Ltd provides healthcare staffing, training, and consultancy services. Specific terms for each engagement are set out in individual service agreements signed prior to commencement.

Staffing Placements

All staff placements are subject to availability and suitability assessment. We guarantee that all placed staff meet our vetting standards (including enhanced DBS, right to work, and reference checks) at the time of placement.

Training

Training courses are confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the course fee. No-shows are charged at 100%.

Consultancy

Consultancy engagements are governed by separate written agreements. Deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in advance and set out in a statement of work.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and the TheSolidGroup name and logo — is the intellectual property of TheSolidGroup Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

TheSolidGroup carries appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant service as contracted. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
